Christoph Agten

Dr. Agten is an expert musculoskeletal radiologist with a focus on magnetic resonance imaging. 2013 he passed the Swiss radiology board exams “summa cum laude” and won the prize for the best exam in that year. After residency, he started focusing on research and did a clinical fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at the University Hospital Balgrist in Zurich, Switzerland. He received personal grants from the Swiss National Science Foundation and the Swiss Society of Radiology for a research stay at NYU in New York, USA, in 2015-2016. He received the Venia Legendi in musculoskeletal radiology from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, in 2019. He is co-founder and director of teleradiology at ARISTRA, a radiology start-up. In his MSK radiology-focused YouTube channel, he educates radiologists from all over the world in MSK radiology.
